Proven leader with head coaching and offensive coordinator experience across NCAA, CFL, ELF, and National Team programs. Successfully led multiple teams to undefeated seasons and championship titles.

Josh Washburn

Josh is a senior executive and scout with 14+ years across the NFL, CFL, and NCAA. A former University of North Carolina wide receiver with a master’s in sport administration, he brings elite scouting and coaching expertise to talent evaluation.

Experience

14+ years across the NFL, CFL, and NCAA in player evaluation, draft preparation, coaching and recruiting.
Currently consults for multiple NCAA programs in recruiting and football operations.
Experience with the Washington Redskins, Ottawa RedBlacks, and UNC Football in talent identification and personnel operations.

Alexander Durazo

Alexander is an experienced coach with a proven track record in Europe’s top leagues. He has built defenses, developed talent, and led programs at the professional and national level of multiple countries.

Cloves Campbell

Cloves is an experienced Division I coach and athlete with a strong background in player development, international competition, and academic achievement.

5 years of Arizona high school coaching experience, developing Division I players who advanced to programs including Washington, San Diego State, Arizona, Texas, Cornell, and others
Former NCAA coach at Georgia State University, where he was also a player from 2015–2016
Former Player for Team USA in the University World Games (2018)
Former Player for Geneva Seahawks (2019)
