Ambra Marcucci

Ambra is an "NFL Flag Females in Flag Ambassador" and Chairman of the AFBN Committee (Dutch American Football Federation). She is a licensed FIFA Intermediary, and the Director of Women's Scouting and Football Development at ALL22.

Experience

  • Competed at the highest levels in both Women's Tackle and Flag Football.

  • Represents the Italian National Flag Football Team in international competitions.

  • Played as an import for the Nevada Storm and Cali War teams based in the USA.

  • Coached Flag Football in Morocco with the We Can Academy, helping develop local talent and promote the sport.

  • Co-host for the Talkin Flag Show podcast.

 

Brett Morgan

Brett has 14 years of experience as a coach, consultant and scout. His experience spans 54 countries and 6 continents. He specializes in empowering high-performing teams to achieve excellence on a global scale.

Experience

  • Proven leader with head coaching and offensive coordinator experience across NCAA, CFL, ELF, and National Team programs. Successfully led multiple teams to undefeated seasons and championship titles.

  • Keynote speaker at the American Football Coaches Association Mexico (AFCAM) on QB Performance

  • Founder & President of the All22 Global Scouting Network

  • Over a decade in CFL player personnel, contributing to professional team building and talent acquisition.

Tevin Hanley

Tevin is a former D1 US College player who transitioned to coaching after playing in Europe. He is an elite defensive mind who has coached at the highest levels of European football, including representing Team USA. 

Experience

  • Top Assistant Defensive Coach for the Hamburg Sea Devils, crafting championship-level defenses in Europe’s top pro league.
  • Former NCAA Division I linebacker at Georgia State with multiple seasons in the German Football League.
  • Championship defender and GFL tackles leader as a standout middle linebacker.
  • Head Strength & Conditioning Coach across multiple professional programs.
