Brett Morgan

Brett is an innovative coach, executive, and scout with 15+ years in NCAA, CFL, and international programs across 54 countries and 6 continents, specializing in building high-performing teams and pioneering data-driven global solutions. 

Experience

  • Proven leader with head coaching and offensive coordinator experience across NCAA, CFL, ELF, and National Team programs. Successfully led multiple teams to undefeated seasons and championship titles.

  • Keynote speaker at the American Football Coaches Association Mexico (AFCAM) on QB Performance

  • Founder & President of the All22 Global Scouting Network

  • Over a decade in CFL player personnel, contributing to professional team building and talent acquisition.

Alexander Durazo

Alexander is an experienced coach with a proven track record in Europe’s top leagues, building defenses, developing talent, and leading programs at the professional and national level.

Experience

  • Current Defensive Coordinator at Terrassa Reds (LNFA – Spain) 

  • Experienced Head Coach, Athletics Director and Coordinator in Norway: Lillestrøm Starfighters, Åsane Seahawks, Lura Bulls (NAIF)

  • Former Special Teams Coordinator and Linebackers Coach at Barcelona Dragons (ELF) in the European League of Football

  • Former Defensive Coordinator and U19 HC @ Calanda Broncos (Switzerland – NLA/CEFL)

  • Long-time OL Coach on Club & National Team levels

Wesley Mota

Wesley is a football coach with 15 years of coaching experience across seven countries in Europe and South America. He has experience working with every position group and has won three championships in the last five years.

Experience

  • Experience as Head Coach, Defensive Coordinator, and Offensive Coordinator in multiple high-level European leagues.
  • Former Defensive Coordinator for the Serbian National Football team.
  • Former area scout for the Brazilian National Football team.
  • Extensive experience developing and coaching U20 athletes.

Leo Calderon

Leo is a respected football development coach with experience in flag football, travel 7v7, recreational tackle, and middle school tackle. He develops young athletes through strong fundamentals and adapts to each level’s demands.

Experience

  • Focused on building fundamentals, football IQ, and position-specific development.

  • Helps players successfully transition between different levels of competition.

  • Known for adapting coaching style to match the pace and structure of each format.
